Hello February & Happy Sunday!

Hot Take: Your morning routine is overrated.

Good news—you don’t need a 17-step that girl morning routine to start your day right. No 5 AM ice baths, no journaling about your deepest fears before sunrise, downing AG1 before your morning walk or hitting the gym all before the daily grind. Just a few actually doable tweaks that make your mornings less chaotic, even if you hit snooze three times.

This week, we’re breaking down how to ditch the pressure of the “perfect” (sometimes painful) routine and build a fail-proof system that works for real life but most importantly, YOU!

But before we dive in, this week’s sponsor is SmartNora, the revolutionary contact-free snoring solution designed to stop snoring before it wakes up you or your partner.

The perfect morning routine doesn’t exist. Yeah, yeah—we’ve all seen the “5 AM cold plunge, gratitude journal, meditation, drinking a glass of water, getting Vitamin D, 30-minute HIIT, green juice” crowd. Good for them. My former American self might have been guilty of this, priding herself on getting to bed by 10pm to wake up for 5 AM routine, feeling overly accomplished by 10 AM. Those ridgid days are behind me after a lot of trial and error and listening to natural flow of my life and the seasons.

But let’s be real: Most of us are just trying to make it out the door (or to our desks) without feeling like we got hit by a truck and a sense of overwhelm for not having that perfect morning routine.

The truth? You don’t need a perfectly curated morning routine. What you do need is a fail-proof system that helps you start your day better—not perfect, just better. Even if you hit snooze three times.

Here’s how… Let’s get into it.👇
