Conquer Your Month: Take Charge With Monthly Intentions!

Ever wonder how to make each month count? I used to find myself saying, "Can't believe another month has flown by" at the start of each month. But, I found a solution - setting monthly intentions.

Here's how:

1. Define your mission: Know where you want to go and what you want to achieve.

2. Choose the right intentions: Consider what you want to achieve and what you're willing to do to achieve it.

3. Write down your intentions: This helps to visualize your goals and keeps them top of mind.

4. Make your intentions specific: The more specific, the easier it is to achieve them.

5. Set themes: I usually choose four, like health & wellness, self-care, daily movement, and disconnecting from technology.

These steps have transformed my months, making them more productive and fulfilling.

A great exercise for this is to write down your intentions. It helps focus and visualize your goals.

Here's a simple format:

"I intend to _____ in order to _____."

Visualization brings your goals to life.
